We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.

2. What this policy covers

This website is an informational website presenting our services. It has no user registration area, no online store and no online contact form. The only way the website invites you to provide personal data is by contacting us directly, in particular by email through the contact and "Charter RFQ" links, or by telephone.

3. What personal data we process, and why

When you contact us, we receive the contact details you use (such as your email address or telephone number), your name if you provide it, and the content of your message, including any information you choose to share about your charter requirements. We process this data in order to respond to you, to deal with your inquiry and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a possible contract.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) where your message concerns a possible charter, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to messages addressed to us) for general inquiries.

Like most websites, this website may be operated using server log files kept by our hosting provider, which can include the visitor's IP address and basic technical information about the visit. Where this occurs, it is done on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
